Returns
We do not accept returns if:
- You changed your mind.
- You no longer want the product.
- You do not like the product after delivery.
- You ordered the wrong product, size, color, or design.
Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Replacements
We will replace your product if the issue is caused by us, including:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged due to our mistake.
- The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.
- The delivered product is different from the approved order.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging for review.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided for customized or made-to-order products. If a replacement is not possible for an issue caused by us, we will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution.
